A Wiese Family New Year's Eve Party

We kept it simple this year for New Year's Eve. Just Amy Jo, the boys, and myself at home having our own little party. What New Year's Eve party would be complete without:

Lots of good food.

A picnic in the living room. A little wrestling.....
.....and a little more wrestling.
and of course, funny hats

Proud Master Builder

Spencer found G & G Wiese's lincoln log set. Needless to say, he was pretty proud of his accomplished construction.

Sled-A-Thon

The highlight of the trip for the boys, okay and probably the highlight for me too, was the sled rides behind the Gator. It brought back memories for me when I was small and Grampa Bush would pull us behind the little Ford tractor on sleds.

Now that I think about it, the highlight for Cooper was riding on the tractor with Grampa. Everytime he sees that picture, he asks if he can have another ride.

One of my all-time favorite pictures

Headed North

After we had picked up all the boxes and wrapping paper at our house, we headed north to Grampa Jim and Grandma Jan's house.

Someone likes their new John Deere shirt!
Cooper explaining to Grandma how this thing works.
Trying out the new wagon with the old tractor.
Reading a puppy book with GG.
Look at the concentration. What's ironic is that I received that keyboard as a gift when I was about eight years old.
Tickles from Grampa.
Two at a time!
And a zhurbert from Grandma for Cooper (he has the softest tummy).

Christmas Day - Part 2

Later in the day, Mike and Stacie and their kids joined us as well as our friends Ryan and Whitney. Another round of gifts and another round of over-eating.

What good boys - waiting so patiently.

It has begun!

Runs like a Deere!

Ozzie found a new friend.

Christmas Morning

Ahhhh, Christmas morning. I have to admit, this year my (Justin) excitement to see the kids was only equaled by their excitement to open gifts.

Scopin' out the goods - waiting patiently for the adults.

Cooper shows his excitement for the new tractors.

Cooper's favorite gift of 2007 - his John Deere blanket and pillow. Custom made with love by Mommy. A Doodle Pro for the artist in the family.
So much excitement for Spiderman!
Parker checking out his new DS.

Cooper with his two favorite gifts.

All this Christmas excitement and commotion can wear a guy out. Ozzie had the right idea.

Christmas Eve.....Post Santa

Santa stopped by just after the boys fell asleep. I just happened to wake up and snapped a couple pics of the Christmas trees in our house.

Christmas picture anyone.......anyone?

Trying to get everyone assembled for a family picture can be very challenging. Here's a couple pics of us attempting a family Christmas picture.
