I'm 3 months old today!

Cooper is 3 months old today and still growing as fast as he can. He weighs about 20 pounds and is a very happy baby. He loves it when is big brothers talk to him, when his Mommy sings to him, and when Daddy whistles. He has a big weekend coming up as he will be baptized at our church, Gloria Dei. Poppa and Grandama are coming down and even Great Grandpa and Grandma Johns will be there. Look for those pictures next week.

Labor Day weekend at the Wiese farm

While we were home over Labor Day we spent some time at the Wiese farm. The boys enjoyed exploring outside. Their favorite part was watching the water show put on by G&G's dog (if you haven't seen this, you're missing out). We even got them to sit still for a couple minutes and swing with their Grandma Jan.

Where did September go?

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. The three boys have kept us busy. I'll try and get everything updated over the next couple days.

Grandpa & Grandma Johns celebrate 60 years!

Labor Day weekend we journeyed home to celebrate Grandpa and Grandma Johns' 60th Wedding Anniversary. All the family met at Crescent Beach in Okoboji for Sunday brunch. My Uncle Randy Johns called it "organized chaos." Everyone was able to make it but my brother, Mike and his family and my cousin, Kristine and her daughter, Annie. Mike had a bike race. Kristine and Annie were at a horse competition, as Annie is doing extremely well and has been competing every weekend this summer. We were able to get some fun pictures of all the kids with Grandpa and Grandma. Even the smallest ones sat well for all the pictures. It was great to see how all the families are growing and changing.
